Scout

Documenting cocktails and dishes served at this unique bar Scout, it uses all of the mixology waste ingredients up to create a short snack menu. Dishes include toasted sourdough with house kohlrabi and London coppa and pickled celeriac with truffle. With a focus on seasonal ingredients, while staying sustainable – minimising waste as much as possible.
